The details of evaluation will be worked out in the evaluation methodology, as expected that will consist of an elaboration of the assessment of the various attributes within a data feed. For example:
- Using unique event IDs
- Option of splitting feeds into categories
- Comparing real-time data with field observations
- Measuring quality over time per use case
- etc....
