The details of evaluation will be worked out in the evaluation methodology, as expected that will consist of an elaboration of the assessment of the various attributes within a data feed. For example:

• Using unique event IDs
• Option of splitting feeds into categories
• Comparing real-time data with field observations
• Measuring quality over time per use case
• etc....
